Job Summary

Nature's Canvas is hiring a Branch Manager - Sales to take complete ownership of branch operations and sales performance, leading the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end branch sales P&L; and drive overall revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and the broader sales team
- Design and execute branch-level sales strategy in line with company targets
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and team productivity across the branch
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth lead-to-closure operations
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to guide strategy




- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards
- Present branch performance, forecasts, and improvement plans to senior management

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–4 years in a branch/team leadership role
- Proven track record of managing P&L; and achieving branch-level revenue targets
- Strong leadership, business planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Sound understanding of the local real estate market and channel network

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
