About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead and strengthen our PAN India Roadside Assistance (RSA) service network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing the service partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving vendor performance, and optimizing operational costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and strengthen the PAN India network of Roadside Assistance (RSA) service partners.
- Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure maximum service coverage and quality.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, TAT, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive cost optimization through effective commercial negotiations and improved vendor utilization.
- Manage operational escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular vendor audits,



performance reviews, and partner engagement programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Network team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze network performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in Roadside Assistance (RSA), Insurance Assistance, Automotive, Mobility, Fleet Management, or Emergency Assistance.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, network development, commercial negotiations, and partner relationship management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting.
