Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition - Source, screen, and hire resources across all departments
2. Multi-Channel Sourcing - Use job portals, social media, and direct outreach
3. Interview Coordination - Conduct technical/behavioral interviews, manage schedules with hiring managers
4. Job Posting & Optimization - Create compelling JDs, post on multiple platforms, track performance
5. Employer Branding - Build SLSS brand through LinkedIn content, industry events, company updates
6. Recruitment Metrics - Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality), generate monthly reports
7. Employee Referral Program - Design and manage internal talent recruitment initiative

Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all processes comply with labor laws

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Min 3 years in Recruitment & hiring with reputed companies, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Languages:Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and at least one other South Indian language.
- Skills:Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Other Requirements:
- Own conveyance.
- Well-groomed, skilled appearance.
- Willingness to travel across cities.
- Age below 40 years.
- Gender: Male (preferred as per company's requirement).
