Position : Sr Engr Production

Role & Responsibilities :-

1 Understand the Customers Monthly Schedule & Prepare the Production Plan with resource planning ( Man / Machines / Material/ Method ) & Meet Production Plan Vs Actual in line with Customers Monthly Schedule

2 Solid Leadership role able to Lead the Team of Engineers / Supervisors / Permnant & Contractual workers. Also need to be demanding with concerns departments for achieving his KRA / MOP & for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.

3 Participation in Resolution of Customer Quality Complaints in 2-2-2-2 manner

4 Experience of Project Handling / Planning / execution required ( Raw Material used - Sheet Metal & Structural Steel )

5 Candidate should have Knowledge in following areas.

1) Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes.

2) Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT & Welding Standards

3) CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes

4) Engineering BOMs & Scope of Projects.

5)



Quality Management Systems.

6) Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc

7) Materials & Basic Metallurgy.

6 Calculate the machine wise utilizations plan for monthly Schedule & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery

7 Work on Capacity Constraints & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery

8 To establish, maintain & improve Manufacturing systems documentations Prod report / Daily Rework report / daily scrap report / in process inspection report / 3S-3M report / NK Charts etc

9 Identify the training Needs & plan for Training for Manufacturing Team

10 Material accountability initiate actions for monitoring Raw material / WIP / Finish good inventory

11 Compliance to the customer audits & findings.

12 Assign the resources for development & Meet monthly Development Schedule

13 Monitor the cost parameters Labor cost /consumable cost etc
