We are hiring an
AutoCAD Technical Support Associate
based in
Hyderabad
. You will work with our product development team on
CAD-based tasks and documentation.
You will also handle client support — answering queries and providing on-site assistance. This role is best suited for someone with a
Civil Engineering or Architecture
background who is comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support the product development team by preparing
CAD drawings
using our
custom AutoCAD plugin
.

Prepare and maintain transparent, accurate product documentation.

Resolve product-related queries through multiple support channels —
ticketing system, 1-on-1 online calls
, and
in-person meetings
.

Work at client sites to provide direct technical support to clients and end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
from a recognized institution.

Practical knowledge of local
Development Control Regulations
(DCR).

1–2 years
of experience in technical support,
AutoCAD-based roles
, or client-facing environments (added advantage).

Prior experience in
on-field operations
(added advantage).
