The Opportunity

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will do more than facilitate sessions.



You will help create experiences that challenge people to think better, communicate better, and lead better.

You will be trusted to engage rooms, build energy, read the moment, and adapt in real time. You will work closely with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams to deliver learning that feels alive, relevant, and impactful.

This is a role for someone who is hungry to grow, comfortable with responsibility, and excited by the idea of learning through action.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions for working professionals and emerging leaders.
- Help learners strengthen communication, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
- Lead discussions, practice exercises, and reflective conversations.
- Create a learning environment that is engaging, protected, and challenging.
- Observe learner behaviour and adapt facilitation in the moment.
