• Manage and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are achieved
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments
• Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization
• Monitor production efficiency and minimize wastage and downtime
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Maintain production records and prepare required reports

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
• Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage production targets and shop-floor operations
