Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the ESYGO team. The role involves finding new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, explaining ESYGO's EV charging solutions, and helping the company grow. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and connect with new customers and business partners.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Explain ESYGO's EV charging products and services to customers.
- Arrange and attend customer meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.
- Follow up with customers until the deal is closed.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on EV market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
