Job Title: Customer Service Associate – IDFC Bank Outbound Sales Process (Voice)

Locations:
- Thane West – 13th Floor, Mars Cabin, Quantum Building, Central Ave, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra – 400607
- Juinagar (Navi Mumbai) – 1st Floor, Tower No.2, Mindspace Juinagar, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Shift: Fixed Day Shift, Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM | Fixed Weekoff

Age Criteria: 18 to 32 years

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls for banking products and services
- Generate leads and engage customers effectively
- Promote and sell credit cards, loans, and insurance products
- Achieve sales and conversion targets
- Support customer activation, follow-ups, and retention
- Maintain customer records and ensure service quality

Eligibility:
- Graduation mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills required
- BPO/Tele-sales or Insurance experience is a plus




- 3rd year undergraduates can apply for Juinagar location only

Salary & Benefits:
- Freshers: ₹16,000–₹18,000
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000
- Insurance Sales Experience: Up to ₹30,000
