Job Title: Academic Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills and be able to convert inquiries into admissions while ensuring a positive student experience. This reflects the responsibilities commonly listed for PW counseling roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counsel students and parents regarding JEE, NEET, Foundation, and other PW courses.

2. Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.

3. Explain course features, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.

4. Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

5. Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in the CRM system.

6. Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams.

7. Participate in seminars, school visits, admission drives, and promotional events.

Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or the education sector preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

4. Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

6. Target-driven attitude with a student-first approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
