Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site RSM / ASM role based in Noida. The role involves managing and expanding the sales territory, overseeing distributor and retailer relationships, and ensuring effective coverage of assigned markets. The RSM / ASM is responsible for meeting sales targets, planning and executing promotional activities, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Daily tasks include guiding and supporting the field sales team,



collecting and analyzing sales data, and reporting performance to senior management. The role also requires close coordination with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Solid sales and business development skills, with experience in managing territories and achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Competence in data analysis, sales reporting, and use of basic MS Office tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, homeopathic products, or FMCG sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate field sales teams.
