Role Description
The GTM Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Typpout’s GTM workflows and integrations for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining GTM systems, building data pipelines between CRM, marketing, and outreach tools, and troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign execution. The role involves collaborating with product, sales,



and customer success teams to translate GTM strategies into scalable technical solutions and automation. The GTM Engineer will also analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and contribute to the evolution of Typpout’s platform capabilities to support social-led growth.

Qualifications
- Experience with GTM platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales engagement software.
- Solid skills in data integration, APIs, and workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Make, or custom scripts.
- Proficiency in basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) for building and maintaining GTM solutions.
- Ability to analyze funnel metrics, customer data, and campaign performance to inform GTM strategy and optimization.
- Comfort working with early-stage startups, including handling ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements.
