? About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst Intern to support our HR Operations Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with large datasets, financial reporting, business analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The intern will work closely with Finance, Operations, Delivery, and Business teams to prepare reports, validate financial data, understand PO/SO processes, and generate actionable business insights.

? Key Responsibilities

? Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Support monthly and weekly financial reporting activities.
- Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends and anomalies.

? Reporting & Business Analytics
- Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate large datasets from multiple sources.




- Build structured reports and dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
- Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Generate business insights to support decision-making.

? Purchase Order (PO) & Sales Order (SO) Management
- Develop an understanding of the end-to-end PO and SO lifecycle.
- Reconcile Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, invoices, and supporting financial data.
- Identify mismatches and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain trackers for PO/SO status and reporting.

?️ Data Management & Data Scavenging
- Extract data from multiple systems and business reports.
- Perform data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and standardization.
- Create reusable datasets for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity across different reporting sources.

? Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, Delivery, and Business teams.
