Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Qa/Qc Engineer role based in Bengaluru.



The Qa/Qc Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures across project activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, client specifications, and applicable codes. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings and technical documentation, preparing and maintaining inspection and test plans, conducting site inspections, and documenting non-conformities with follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, and HSE teams to resolve quality issues, performing material and workmanship checks, and supporting audits and certifications. The Qa/Qc Engineer will also prepare regular quality reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to training and awareness on quality standards and best practices.
