We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare college students for campus placements, competitive exams, and aptitude-based assessments. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, along with effective communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
- Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and personalized coaching for students preparing for campus recruitment or competitive exams.
- Develop relevant study materials, question banks, and assessments.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide individual feedback to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with the Placement Cell to align training with industry requirements and company-specific test patterns.
- Stay updated with trends in campus recruitment processes and aptitude testing standards.
- Encourage students through mentoring and motivational sessions.





Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role (Freshers with strong aptitude skills may also be considered).
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with online tools, digital learning platforms, and MS Office.

Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to training for exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, GATE, or campus placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.).
- Ability to motivate and engage large groups of students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
