Epigroww Global is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE – IT) to join our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the IT industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and approach prospective clients across industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, Hospitality, and SMEs.
- Schedule meetings with business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers.




- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design the best-fit solution for clients.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update sales activities.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of Business Development experience in an IT Services or Software Development company
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B IT Sales
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend technology s
