Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Leasing Head
to lead the leasing function for our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maximizing occupancy while ensuring long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire prospective tenants for commercial retail, office, and mixed-use developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, corporate clients, channel partners, and leasing consultants.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
- Lead lease negotiations, commercial discussions,



and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing transactions.
- Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
- Monitor lease renewals, tenant retention, and occupancy levels to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, tenant databases, and MIS reports for management review.
- Participate in property presentations, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to promote leasing opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
