Role Description
The Sales Development Representative at HRnest is a full-time, in office role based in Pune. This role involves proactively identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will schedule and conduct product demos, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies,



and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, understanding client pain points, communicating HRnest’s value proposition, and supporting account executives in closing opportunities. The role requires consistent follow-up, relationship building, and a results-oriented approach to meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
