Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Outreach Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will lead our digital push marketing and retargeting initiatives across messaging-first platforms like WhatsApp Business, Email, and SMS.

This isn't a traditional cold-calling role or a pure content marketing position. You will act as the bridge between marketing and sales—executing targeted outreach campaigns to reactivate dormant leads, engaging directly in 1-on-1 text conversations, answering logistics queries,



and guiding warm leads to book their shipments with M5C.

Key Responsibilities

1. Push Campaign Execution & Retargeting
- Segment older, dormant, or cold lead databases (exporters, e-commerce brands, freight clients) for retargeting campaigns.
- Draft, schedule, and execute push marketing communications across WhatsApp (via tools like WATI/Interakt), Email, and SMS.
- Broadcast timely promotional updates, route discounts, season-end freight offers, and operational service updates to our pipeline.

2. Conversational Sales & Lead Nurturing
- Manually handle incoming replies and direct inquiries generated from push broadcasts.
- Engage prospects in consultative, text-based dialogues to understand their shipping requirements (lane, weight, volume, urgency).
- Address objections regarding pricing, timelines, or customs clearance procedures.
- Drive leads down the funnel to request a quote and finali
