Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, promoting the company's interior and construction services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role includes both field marketing and office-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

-Sales,Generate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and networking.

-Meet homeowners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.

-Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.

-Prepare quotations and proposals with the estimation team.

-Follow up on enquiries until project confirmation.

-Negotiate within company guidelines and close sales.

-Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.

-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Marketing

-Promote company services through digital and offline marketing.

-Coordinate social media campaigns and online advertisements.

-Visit apartments, villas, offices,



and commercial projects for business development.

-Conduct promotional activities and exhibitions.

-Build relationships with architects, consultants, and real estate developers.

-Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).

1–3 years of experience in interior design, construction, furniture, building materials, or real estate sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate and convert leads.

Good presentation and customer relationship skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel.
