Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI‑augmented development such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks.
- Exposure to contemporary AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation.
- Strong proficiency in big‑data technologies: Scala, Scala Pipelines & Python ( MUST HAVE ), Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming (Preferred)
- Cloud engineering experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory or AWS
- Advanced system design capabilities including event‑driven architectures and distributed design patterns.

Full‑stack engineering experience with:
- Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Nice to Have some experience/exposure
- Backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. Java is must (Writing Java pipelines and services)
- RESTful and GraphQL API design.
- CI/CD pipelines supporting full‑stack deployments.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
