Job Description

AFJ Associates is hiring an experienced HSE Manager for our construction project in Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and be capable of maintaining a safe working environment across project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE usage and promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation.




- Coordinate with project teams to achieve zero safety incidents.

Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an HSE Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month ( Based on Experience)
