We are looking for a agile and experienced Product Engineering (PED) Engineer to support manufacturing process development and continuous improvement activities in Machine Shop or Assembly & Testing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machining processes, assembly & testing, process planning, and manufacturing engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support soft-stage machining processes including CNC Turning, CNC Machining Centres, Gear Manufacturing, and Electro Chemical Machining.
- Support hard-stage machining operations such as Precision OD Grinding, Precision ID Grinding, and Centerless Grinding.
- Develop and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality.




- Prepare CNC programs and support process validation.
- Create and maintain manufacturing engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Support assembly and testing process development.
- Handle Servo Press operations and tightening processes.
- Support functional testing activities and ensure process compliance.
- Develop assembly process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Improve process capability through continuous improvement initiatives.
