Role Description
The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records,



and assisting with payroll and perks administration. The Human Resources Associate will coordinate training and development activities, support performance review processes, and help implement HR policies and procedures. The role includes responding to employee queries, facilitating effective communication between team members and leadership, and assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. The Human Resources Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace experience.
