Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-funnel trader sales: sourcing, calling, onboarding, and converting.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and WhatsApp to drive trader engagement.
- Maintain CRM discipline: lead tagging, follow-up cycles, quote dispatch, and closure tracking.
- Achieve monthly targets for trader onboarding and revenue generation.
- Execute Hunter-Farmer-Retention (HFR) sales motions with discipline.
- Understand customer needs, build rapport, and position NowPurchase offerings persuasively.
- Collate market intelligence on pricing, competitor trends, and customer feedback.
