Role Description
The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations and achieving business targets. The role includes managing staff performance, coordinating workloads, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and candidates. The Branch Manager will monitor key metrics, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.



This position involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, handling escalations, and representing the branch in internal and external meetings. The Branch Manager will also support recruitment activities, manage budgets, and prepare regular reports on branch performance for senior management.

EXPERIENCE / MANDATE
