Role Description
The Resident Engineer will provide on-site technical oversight and quality assurance for waterproofing and design works at project locations. This full-time role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, monitoring material usage and installation practices, and coordinating with contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.



The Resident Engineer will conduct inspections and tests, prepare daily and periodic site reports, document non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project quality standards. The role also includes liaising with clients and internal consultants, supporting failure investigations, and contributing to continuous improvement of site processes and safety practices.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in civil / structural engineering, preferably with exposure to waterproofing, repair, and rehabilitation of concrete and building structures with 10 years of experience in the field of waterproofing.
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, construction chemicals, and site quality control procedures, including inspection and basic testing methods.
