Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to lead and manage last-mile delivery operations across multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational expertise, team management capabilities, and a proven track record of driving performance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, service levels, and turnaround times.
- Drive process efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure smooth station operations, shipment handling, and cash management.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor,



and develop operational teams across multiple locations.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance work culture.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training initiatives.

Performance & Analytics
- Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights.
- Monitor key metrics related to delivery performance, productivity, and cost.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Prepare and present periodic operational reports to management.

Logistics & Network Management
- Ensure effective route planning and resource utilization.
- Manage transportation and vendor operations to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of operations.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
