This is a current position against budget approved manpower against replacement of Regional Manager SVC.
- Responsible for TAT, Customer Satisfaction & Dealer Satisfaction, Service Network, Manpower appointment within North & East state.
- This role will include the accountability & ownership of overall After sale service performance of North & East regions
- This position will reports to HOD Service

Roles and Responsibilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Zonal Service Head, he would be responsible for the following activities:
- Call resolution with in SLA
- Monitoring of State service Heads & ASMs
- Monitoring of UIL/TL Technicians
- Quality feedback to HO
- Resolution of critical complaints in product
- Interlocak with all dealers & distributors along with sales team at Head office.

DELIVERABLES:
- Response time (TAT)
- Daily Reports
- Consumer cases
- Review & Recovery of OD amount to avoid the NI Case
- Trade Partners & ASC’s visit as per schedule
