Key Skills Required
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Software Engineering and Solution Development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects.
- Strong experience with GenAI, AI/ML, Automation Technologies, and Agentic AI.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud and up-to-date development technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC & ABAP related to Finance & Accounting.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping,
or Engineering domains.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven Finance Automation, including:
- Invoice Processing
- Accounts Payable Automation
- Intelligent Workflow Orchestration
- Strong software architecture and solution design experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills.
- Valid passport (travel to Europe may be required).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the GBS AI Factory and define the roadmap for Agentic AI solutions.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI solutions across finance processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing AI engineering team.
- Drive AI innovation, automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and finance teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Ensure AI governance, engineering standards, scalability, and security.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into enterprise solutions
