Role Description

This is a full-time in office role as a Quality Management Specialist located in Rajkot (Metoda). The Quality Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control, quality assurance, and implementing quality management practices on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Quality Management Systems
, particularly within the
automobile and oil & gas sectors
, and should be a
certified ISO auditor
with working knowledge of international standards and customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, maintain, and improve
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
, and other QMS systems
2. Conduct and manage
internal audits
, assist in
external audits
, and ensure system compliance
3. Ensure implementation and compliance with
CQI-9 (Heat Treat System Assessment)
and




API 6A
standards
4. Lead
CAPA
processes and perform
root cause analysis
for process non-conformities
5. Manage quality documentation, process mapping, risk assessments, and document control
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maintain high quality standards
7. Liaise with customers and certification bodies during audits and quality reviews

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in QMS roles in the
automobile and/or bearing sector
2. Certified ISO Internal Auditor
(ISO 9001)
3. Familiar with
CQI-9
and
API 6A
quality standards
4. Strong knowledge of
automotive quality core tools
– APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
5. Good command over
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
7. Ability to lead audits and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
