Position Summary
To mitigate long-term operational risk and reduce single points of dependency within IT Operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Database Operations Engineer to support critical enterprise platforms and services.



This role will provide technical leadership and operational support across database administration, middleware optimization, cloud infrastructure, GitHub administration, and Oracle audit remediation activities.

The ideal candidate will possess solid cross-functional infrastructure expertise with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support complex enterprise environments across Oracle, cloud, and middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Database Administration & Performance Optimization
- Perform database tuning, performance optimization, and remediation activities across enterprise database environments.
- Analyze and resolve database performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and system inefficiencies.
- Support database health monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup/recovery validation, and operational stability initiatives.
- Partner with vendors and internal support teams to address identified gaps in database support capabilities.
