Role Description
The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, owning strategy, execution, and performance across D2C, digital, and brand channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a robust and consistent brand presence, and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints.





As the central point of coordination across teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also involves leading and mentoring a cross-functional team across design, performance, influencer marketing, and CRM to execute high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

○ Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies aligned with business goals

○ Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns across digital, performance, and brand channels

○ Identify growth opportunities across D2C, marketplaces, and offline touchpoints

2. Campaign Management

○ Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept to delivery
