Role Description
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate digital distribution and rights management projects to support artists, labels, and content creators. This part time, remote role includes planning project timelines,



defining deliverables, and aligning stakeholders across internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities involve tracking progress, managing logistics between platforms and clients, ensuring accurate catalog updates, and monitoring key milestones and dependencies. The Project Manager will identify risks, resolve operational issues, and maintain clear documentation and reporting to ensure consistent, on-time delivery. Collaboration with rights management, content operations, and analytics teams will be essential to streamline processes and support strategic initiatives in the global music ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Project coordination and leadership skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of tasks, assets, and project milestones.
