Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Nursery Field Supervisor to oversee

our daily outdoor nursery operations. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 field support

workers, manage crop production, monitor plant health, and ensure high-quality

standards. The ideal candidate has deep horticultural knowledge, robust leadership

skills, and hands-on experience in field management.

Key Responsibilities

 Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule daily tasks for 4 nursery support

workers to ensure maximum productivity.

 Crop & Soil Management: Oversee planting, potting, weeding, pruning, and spacing

schedules for all field crops.

 Irrigation & Nutrition: Monitor, adjust, and maintain drip and overhead irrigation

networks. Apply fertilizers and soil amendments correctly.

 Pest & Disease Control:



Inspect crops daily for pests, diseases, or nutrient

deficiencies. Safely mix and apply targeted chemical or organic treatments.

 Inventory & Quality Control: Track plant growth progress and inventory counts. Prep

crops to ensure they meet quality standards for sale or shipment.

 Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols regarding the proper use of field tools,

machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
 Tagging the plants with RFID stickers & uploading the plant details & photos

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
