Role Description
The Strategy & Business Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the academy’s growth strategy, including developing new programs, optimizing existing offerings, and identifying partnership opportunities with educational institutions and industry organizations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing core operational processes,



coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring smooth delivery of training programs. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on business planning, managing sales pipelines and lead conversion processes, and supporting marketing initiatives with data-driven insights. The Strategy & Business Operations Lead will work closely with trainers, administrators, and external stakeholders to align operations with long-term strategic goals.
