We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Sales Executive to generate leads, explain our products/services, and convert prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
