Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate qualified B2B leads through various online platforms and prospecting tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead research, data mining, database management, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads.
- Conduct market research and account research.
- Perform data mining from online sources and business directories.
- Verify and qualify leads based on business criteria.
- Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM records.
- Track leads generated through Meta Ads campaigns.
- Identify decision-makers and gather company information.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

or similar tools.
- B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Research.
- Data Mining & Lead Verification.
- Experience handling Meta Ads leads.
- CRM knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0.6–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Data Mining, Sales Support, or Business Development.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
