Title: Manager Digital Product
Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking a well-qualified Principal Digital Product Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a robust focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of D365 SCM capabilities for Caterpillar Dealers, ensuring optimized planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and asset-centric supply chain operations.



Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is considered an added advantage.

The role will drive the design and delivery of a scalable, integrated ERP solution that improves supply chain visibility, operational resilience, cost control, and dealer responsiveness, while enabling data-driven decision-making across Caterpillar’s global dealer network.

What You Will Do
The D365 Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders to capture and define requirements that align with both system capabilities and operational objectives. Working closely with product development engineers, the Product Manager oversees and communicates progress across design, development, support, and maintenance activities. This role also champions continuous improvement initiatives to optimize D365 operational efficiency and enhance reporting accuracy.
