Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions within the hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, performance management, and employee engagement. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and brand standards while fostering a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Conduct induction and onboarding for recent employees.
- Maintain manpower planning and staffing levels.

2. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Prepare HR reports and monthly MIS.
- Ensure timely confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.

4. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage employee benefits, bonuses, and final settlements.

5. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate labor inspections and maintain statutory registers.
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and other applicable laws.

6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Conduct induction, orientation, POSH, safety, and brand training.
