Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads from aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business registration and compliance solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Prior experience in
BFSI, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Immigration, EdTech, SaaS, or B2B Sales
.
- Excellent communication skills in both
English and Hindi
.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven track record of closing sales over phone and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable handling
100+ quality customer interactions daily
