Role Description
The Education Loan Adviser (Study Abroad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. In this position, the adviser works with students and families to assess financial needs, explain education loan options, and recommend suitable products for studying abroad. Daily activities include conducting loan eligibility assessments, coordinating with financial institutions, supporting loan application and documentation, and tracking application status through to disbursal.



The adviser responds to customer queries, clarifies repayment terms, interest rates, and collateral requirements, and ensures that students understand all obligations before proceeding. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal study-abroad consultants, and staying updated on changing loan policies, regulations, and scholarship-linked financing options.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of education Loans and basic Finance principles, including interest rates, repayment structures, and collateral requirements.
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills to clearly explain complex financial information and build trust with students and families.
- Experience with loan assessment and Underwriting or preliminary risk evaluation for education loans is highly beneficial.
