Job Description – Billing & Weighbridge Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Weighbridge Executive to manage billing, weighbridge operations, and dispatch documentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating with the dispatch, sales, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Operate the weighbridge and record vehicle gross, tare, and net weights accurately.
- Verify vehicle details, material descriptions, and quantities before dispatch.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry in the ERP system and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, sales, and accounts teams for smooth material movement.
- Maintain weighbridge registers, billing records, and dispatch documentation.




- Ensure all invoices and documents comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing or weighment by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and weighbridge reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all commercial records.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, weighbridge operations, dispatch, or back-office functions. Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Valuable numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a steel manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
