Role Overview

The Business Development & Sales Manager USA & Canada Operations will play a key role in building and nurturing business relationships, identifying client needs, and successfully converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role involves outbound prospecting, tailored pitching, and working closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions to USA & Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach




- Research and identify prospective clients in USA & Canada requiring branding, design, web and digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate conversations.
- Understand client requirements and business challenges to offer tailored solutions from Thoughtful's service portfolio.

Brand Pitching & Conversion
- Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to decision-makers and business owners.
- Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation of terms.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed client interactions and deal progress.

Client Relationship & Retention
- Serve as a point of contact for USA & Canadian prospects and clients throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to foster repeat business and referrals.
