We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious equity analysis & investment intern to assist in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in Indian listed companies. This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the stock market, financial analysis, and value investing, and who wish to develop practical research skills by working on real-world investment projects. The intern will work closely with the investment team in conducting detailed company research, analysing financial statements, monitoring market developments, and preparing investment notes.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Analyze listed companies across various sectors using annual reports, investor presentations, conference call transcripts, and regulatory filings.
- Study standalone and consolidated financial statements to assess business performance and financial health.
- Build and maintain financial models using Microsoft Excel.
- Evaluate key financial ratios, cash flows, profitability, capital allocation, and valuation metrics.




- Track corporate actions, including buybacks, dividends, mergers, demergers, rights issues, and preferential allotments.
- Monitor shareholding patterns, promoter activity, institutional ownership, and insider transactions.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and macroeconomic factors affecting businesses.
- Prepare concise investment reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and valuation.
- Track portfolio companies and provide periodic updates on material developments.
- Assist in screening companies based on predefined investment criteria.
- Maintain organized databases of financial and market information.
