Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Record customer information and call outcomes accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
