Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Channel Partner role based in Bengaluru South. The Channel Partner is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other distribution partners to drive consistent property sales and lead generation. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams,



supporting partners with product information and promotional material, conducting regular meetings and site visits, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves negotiating partner agreements, resolving issues, providing timely updates on projects and inventory, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners and end customers. The Channel Partner is expected to maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports, and contribute insights to refine partner strategies and improve market reach.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to engage and retain channel partners.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain project features and value propositions clearly.
