Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations will be an added advantage.




- 2 - 6 years of experience in invoice processing, service certification, logistics billing, vendor payments, accounts payable, SCM operations, or commercial operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, renewable energy, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or large-scale industrial projects will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoice compliance, PO-based billing, and service entry processes.

Required Skills
- Robust invoice verification and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of logistics service billing, especially transportation, freight, warehousing, CHA, CFS, and shipping-related charges.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, trackers, and MIS reporting.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP service entry and invoice processing.
- Strong coordination and follow-up capability.
