Quadient Workflow Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Quadient Workflow Engineer with strong experience in customer communications management (CCM), Azure cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations with BlueCrest output and print management systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable document workflows, integrating Quadient Inspire with up-to-date cloud-based data and event-driven architectures.
This role requires a blend of CCM expertise, data engineering, and integration architecture, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and compliance.
Must Have: Work experience with tools like Quadient Inspire.

- Support end-to-end document lifecycle workflows.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire workflows (Designer , Scaler, Interactive, Automation) for enterprise document generation and distribution.Implement and support end-to-end document lifecycle workflows, including composition, formatting, bundling, and delivery (print, email,



digital).Integrate Quadient workflows with BlueCrest print and mail systems for high-volume production environments.Design and implement integrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines leveraging Azure services (ADF, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks where applicable).Develop and maintain event-driven workflows using Azure services (Service Bus, Event Grid).Ensure seamless integration between Quadient and BlueCrest and Azure platforms.Optimize workflow performance for high-volume batch processing and near real-time communications.Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.Support document compliance requirements (regulatory, audit, archival standards).Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and business teams to align with enterprise standards and governance.Participate in code reviews,
