Title: Sales Executive – Gujarat

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to be UniSouk’s on-ground face across Gujarat,

helping brands and retailers understand and adopt our unified seller platform. You will

prospect, meet and onboard customers, working closely with the Head of Sales and the

Customer Support & Onboarding team to ensure smooth implementation and long-term

relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Own a territory plan for Gujarat:



identify target stores, brands and agencies; generate

leads through visits, events, referrals and local networks.
- Run the full sales cycle: cold outreach, discovery, product demos (online or

in-person), proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring customers are successfully handed

over to the onboarding team and remain engaged.
- Regularly visit client locations to understand their operations, gather feedback and

identify expansion or upsell opportunities.
- Keep CRM and reporting up-to-date: leads, meetings, stage, probability, expected

close dates and reasons for loss.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Support for tickets and escalations, and with

Marketing for local campaigns, events and collaterals.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS, POS, payments, logistics or

e-commerce solutions selling to SMBs.
